"Skipped" status in Promo

This parameter shows the number of accounts that are in the list of subscribers of donor accounts or under hash tags, but do not fit the settings and criteria you have set.

The more settings and filters you put up for promotion, the more people will be filtered out and get into the section - "Skipped"
